A Vibrant Community Hub
From our need to find a new home: The Maison des générations—Olivet House was born.
A beautiful stone church will house this innovative project, which aims to create a vibrant community hub to bring people of all ages together through food.
Located in the heart of Sutton, Olivet House will continue to serve the public in a welcoming space that has brought people together since 1845.
Preserving Our Heritage
We are dedicated to preserving the beauty and historical value of the charming fieldstone church on Maple Street. Heritage experts & architects will guide us in renovating and adapting the building to the needs of the public. Funding obtained from the Conseil du patrimoine religieux du Québec will help transform the place of worship into the new Olivet House, while conserving and enhancing the building’s heritage features
We Have Already Raised Half of the Funds
for the project! Now we need the financial support of our community to help us reach our objective. Our goal is to raise $70,000 in donations through various fundraising activities.
Throughout the Month of July 2021,
the public is encouraged to participate in our first interactive fundraising event. All donations will go toward the CAB’s Maison des générations-Olivet House project.
