As a new parent it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and amazed by the new journey that is your 24/7 baby universe. Learning to read your baby’s signs and ensuring your family’s health involves lots of adapting at all levels. When it comes to food & proper nutrition there’s so many questions:
- How to introduce baby’s first foods?
- When do I know baby has had enough?
- Should she be drinking water?
- How can I save on store bought baby food?
For these and any other questions you may have we have invited Aileen Collier, a CLSC nutritionist and mother of two, to our next Baby Drop-in. She will be with us Monday 28 July from 10am to noon to talk about feeding baby & ourselves. Everyone is welcome to share & ask questions. Snacks are provided in case all that talk about food makes us hungry! The group meets every last Monday of the month at the Sutton Volunteer Centre at 7 Academy in Sutton and you can also join our Facebook group to find out more about Baby Drop-in.
Hope to see you there with your baby or bump!
